Van Line Logistics Forum

Hi,

I have shipped copiers and different types of business machines for several years now. I have used brokers, van lines, and even crate n freight for my transportation needs. Of all of the Van Lines I have used, Global was by far the most un-prepared and poorly operated van line.

I only used Global twice before I found out that they actually did not even Have a commercial shipping division. They route all of this traffic through North American Van Lines the parent company. That makes them nothing more than a broker with no control over the quality or job. I don't use brokers anymore because I want a higher level of service, and brokers are too far disconnected to the actual carrier to offer me the level of service I need. So if this is what you don't want.... STAY AWAY FROM GLOBAL VAN LINES!
