So I am not too sure this has anything to do with the recent news about North American or not, but I just found out that one of my shipments is lost. I have tried calling several people within North American and it just seems they are passing the blame off on other people and places. If I would have known this would happen I of course would never have placed a shipment with this company!!!
The least they should do is come clean with where my property or at least settle my claim. Perhaps they are having a hard time. Nice to vent at least. I am going to try out this agent finder and see if that helps me find someone better for my shipments.
