ST. LOUIS — UniGroup, Inc., the parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit, and other transportation-related companies, has been named to the InformationWeek 500, a prestigious listing of the most innovative users of information technology in the United States. This is the fourth consecutive year that UniGroup has been honored on the list.
The InformationWeek 500 tracks and provides insight into the technology practices of the nation's most innovative companies and spans 21 industries. Documenting the business-technology strategies, investments, and administrative practices of some of America's best-known companies, the study is the most detailed source of industry-specific IT budget information around.
“UniGroup is proud to have again made the InformationWeek 500,” said Randy Poppell, Chief Information Officer for UniGroup. “We continue to be committed to developing progressive technology that answers our agents' and customers’ global needs.”
